Attend FREE TCIA Workshops Funded by Susan Harwood Grant Program!

Attention, tree care professionals! TCIA is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for you to enhance your skills and knowledge. Thanks to the Susan Harwood Grant program from OSHA, we are offering FREE half and full-day virtual workshops focused on Electrical Hazards Awareness Program (EHAP), Ground Operations, and Aerial Lift Safety.

The retail value of these workshops is $141.99, but you can attend them at no cost if you work for a U.S. company with fewer than 250 employees. That’s right, a valuable learning experience with no financial burden! Moreover, attendees will be eligible for ISA and CTSP CEUs, making this an excellent chance to grow professionally.

The EHAP training program is an essential component of the workshops. By satisfying all EHAP requirements, attendees will receive their certificate of completion and CEUs for the event. EHAP ensures OSHA compliance, keeps workers safe, and documents their training effectively.

Registrations are already open, but these workshops will fill up fast. Take your chance to participate! If the sessions are full, don’t worry – you can still register and be added to a waiting list. To secure your spot, click on the links below for more information and registration:

Eligibility is limited to full- or part-time commercial tree care company employees, owners, and unemployed workers interested in entering the industry. Public employees and individuals from companies with 250 or more employees are not eligible. Also, attendees must be associated with private tree care companies.

Remember, registrations from one company are capped at 5, with additional seats available one week before the workshop. Plus, registration is transferable, making it easier for your team to benefit from these fantastic workshops.

This initiative was made possible through grant SH-37153-SH1 from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Department of Labor. While it does not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the U.S. Department of Labor, we are thrilled to bring you this opportunity for professional growth and development.
