Tom joined Morbark in July 2006 as a Field Service Technician, laying a hands-on foundation that now informs his broader training leadership. He previously served as Morbark’s Service and Warranty Specialist and before that as an Industrial Sales Representative, gaining a versatile perspective on product performance, customer needs, and service excellence.

With a strong technical background in welding and electronics, Tom holds a welding certification and the State of Michigan Electrical Apprenticeship License. This blend of hands-on trade skills and formal credentialing equips him to develop practical, results-driven training that bridges field application with technical theory. Tom’s work focuses on building robust training programs and delivering impactful instruction that enhances technician proficiency, service reliability, and sales effectiveness across Morbark’s product lines.
