Welcome Cassie!

Cassie Viau-Li has joined TCIA as the new director of member engagement. She brings over fifteen years of marketing, account management, and leadership experience to the team, along with a passion for developing relationships and creative problem solving.

“I’m looking forward to getting to know our members and digging in to help them get the most out of their TCIA memberships,” Cassie said. “TCIA has so many incredible resources that can make a difference for our members and I want to make sure they are able to take advantage of all of it!”

Cassie also has experience in the non-profit space. She currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors for End 68 Hours of Hunger, an organization dedicated to combatting childhood hunger.

Cassie will be joining the membership team on the road, attending conferences, TCI EXPO, and member meet ups. Be sure to say hi if you see her out and about!
