Each fall, there’s a buzz in the air for tree care professionals across the globe – and it’s not just the sound of chain saws. It’s TCI EXPO season. TCI EXPO returns to St. Louis November 6-8, 2025.
But TCI EXPO isn’t just big in scale – it’s unmatched in purpose. With more than 250 exhibitors this year, 500,000-plus square feet of trade-show floor and 45-plus hours of education, the show is a cornerstone of the industry. Whether you’re looking to grow your company, expand your skillset or get face to face with the people shaping the future of arboriculture, TCI EXPO offers all the right reasons to attend.

A conference and trade show that works as hard as you do
Organized by the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), TCI EXPO is more than just a trade show – it’s a pulse check for the industry, a meeting ground for innovation and a celebration of the people who power tree care forward. Plus, it’s the world’s largest for the tree care industry!
Each year, TCIA doesn’t just replicate the event, it reinvents it. Feedback from attendees and exhibitors drives what features are brought back as well as every change and enhancement, creating a show floor that reflects the needs, challenges and ambitions of real professionals in the field. The result? A dynamic, immersive experience where every square foot is packed with purpose and every new feature is added for all the right reasons.

The Demo Dome: Where big ideas meet big equipment
Few additions have made a bigger impact – literally – than the TCI Demo Dome. First introduced in 2023 when TCIA staff saw the massive indoor stadium connected to the St. Louis Convention Center, the vision was immediate. “Why not use this space to run heavy equipment at full capacity, indoors?” And we did.
With ceilings more than 100 feet high and a stadium-sized floor plan, the Demo Dome is a game changer that offers attendees a rare opportunity not only to see equipment in action, but also to try it out and to operate it themselves.
While exploring all the Demo Dome has to offer, be sure to stop by Tracked Lifts, booth 135D, to see new lifts in action, and visit with a team that drives the same innovation TCI EXPO embodies.

TCI EXPOClimb: A high-energy, hands-on climbers’ haven
Another standout feature that’s earned a permanent place in the show is TCI EXPOClimb. This dedicated climbing area brings together gear distributors – such as the SherillTree team in booth 3213 – equipment manufacturers – such as Samson Rope in booth 3228 – educators and training professionals in an interactive, hands-on environment built for one thing – going vertical.
Enhanced Trainer’s Lab
The TCI EXPOClimb space is anchored by the Trainer’s Lab stage, where top climbing educators demonstrate advanced techniques, gear applications and safety practices, all live. Surrounding the stage, attendees can harness up and head to the demo ropes, putting the latest climbing tools and gear to the test in real time.
In 2025, the energy will be even higher as demo ropes are integrated directly into exhibitor booths. That means, as you browse the show floor, you may look up to find a fellow attendee testing the latest harness or friction saver right above your head, and, knowing Samson, Notch and SherillTree, they will be bringing the show floor to the next level with product launches and gear innovations.
