The Arborist Safety Training Institute (ASTI), a program of the Tree Care Industry Association Foundation, expands access to high-quality, affordable safety training for tree care professionals.

Tree care is one of the most hazardous industries, and consistent, accessible training is essential to protecting workers and strengthening the workforce. ASTI helps meet this need by providing grant funding that supports safety education across the industry.

Through ASTI, companies, organizations, and individuals can apply for funding to participate in or host safety training. Opportunities include Self-Paced Education, CTSP and CLQ Scholarships, CPR/First Aid Certification, and In-Person Workshops.

By increasing access to training, ASTI plays a key role in reducing workplace injuries, improving jobsite safety, and supporting long-term workforce development in the tree care industry.
