Rebecca Johnson is a true arborholic, she is addicted to helping trees and the people who care for them. Rebecca regularly provides education to fellow arborists and the general public. She is a private consulting arborist with a focus on outreach and education, teaching homeowners about proper tree care. Since 2017 she has organized and facilitated the Austin Certified Arborist exam prep course, helping to educate over 300 arborists and aspiring arborists. She was recognized with the 2020 ISA President’s Award for her work with Women in Arboriculture. She is a Certified Arborist, Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP), a TCIA Qualified Trainer, and she holds the ISA Tree Risk Assessment and the Texas ISA Oak Wilt and Wildfire Risk Reduction qualifications. She has a degree in Forestry from Oklahoma State University.
