TCI EXPO, the world’s largest tree care conference and trade show, offers a premier platform for professionals to exchange knowledge, develop skills, and stay ahead in the ever-evolving tree care industry.

Why Present at TCI EXPO?

TCI EXPO is more than just a trade show—it’s an educational powerhouse. Each year, we feature over 35 educational sessions, five pre-conference workshops, and an array of hands-on learning experiences designed to benefit professionals at every level. From business strategy and leadership to safety practices and technical skills, our education sessions cover the full spectrum of the tree care industry.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for engaging, insightful presentations on topics like advocacy and regulatory compliance, business strategy, safety, plant health care, climbing techniques, sales and marketing, training, workforce development, and more. If you have valuable insights to share, we want to hear from you!

We welcome proposals that:

  • Offer practical takeaways and real-world applications.
  • Provide fresh insights into industry trends, technology, and best practices.
  • Engage audiences with interactive and dynamic presentations.
  • Address key challenges and solutions in tree care business management, safety, plant health care, climbing techniques, and more.

Deadline:
The deadline for submissions for TCI EXPO 2025 is March 15, 2025. Proposals submitted after this date will be considered for TCI EXPO 2026, the Winter Management Conference 2026, or future TCIA webinars.
