Brandon Pankey helps tree care companies turn industry standards into practical knowledge crews can understand, use, and carry forward. An ISA Board Certified Master Arborist, ISA Certified Arborist Utility Specialist, TRAQ-qualified arborist, TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional, and TCIA Qualified Trainer, he brings nearly 20 years of experience across more than 30 states.
His career spans forestry and logging, climbing and technical production, safety coordination, plant health care, wildland-fire operations, utility line clearance, consulting, and company ownership. As founder of TCIA-accredited Blue Pine Works LLC, Brandon helped build a Minnesota Registered Arborist Apprenticeship and develops safety and training systems that work under real production pressure.
An active TCIA mentor, Brandon has provided training and education for tree care companies, apprentices, Master Gardeners, and community organizations. He holds an associate degree in business administration, giving him perspective on both field instruction and the realities employers face. His goal is to help people truly learn their trade, develop sound judgment, and become safer, more capable professionals. Based in Minnesota, Brandon is available for training nationwide.
