Bandit Industries, Inc. is an employee-owned company with 750 employees and has more than 560,000 square feet of manufacturing space with 19 buildings. Thank goodness attendees were able to take a bus around the facility.

TCIA's Manager, Workforce Recruitment & Retention, Erin Demers, has been very busy this ...week! She attended another student-friendly event today, NH Construction Career Days. She met up with Mark from Renaissance Tree Care, Kevin with Northern Tree Service, AJ representing New England ISA, and several other tree care companies.
Mark and Kevin guided students in exploring future careers in how to climb trees. The students were incredibly engaged, waited patiently in very long lines to get their turn, and asked good questions about what a career in Arboriculture would be like. Erin also got her first experience climbing a tree!
