TCIA offers several options for connecting with other arborists and industry partners, including networking groups and specialized communities.

TCIA Communities

TCIA’s communities help you network with like-minded people regarding specific topics. Each of these communities requires approval prior to joining – only confirmed members will be able to access them.

A300 Committee Community

The ASC A300 committee revises and reviews standards and proposed standard projects. This committee is open to TCIA-member applications which are subject to majority vote.

Storm Network Community

The Storm Network Community is for any TCIA member company that is willing and able to provide services and activate in the event of a storm requiring cleanup.

Accreditation Community

The Accreditation Community is for any TCIA-accredited company to ask questions and access resources designed specifically for accredited companies.

Tailgate Safety Users Group

Companies that purchase Tailgate Safety 7th Edition may register up to three Tailgate users for unlimited online access to training materials and other Tailgate resources.

CTSP Community

This community is primarily for CTSPs to share information and to learn how to maintain their credential while they make the industry safer.

Utility Contractor Accreditation Community

The Accreditation Community is for any TCIA Utility Contractor accredited company to share information and collaborate.

Open to all TCIA-accredited companies, this group is an exclusive forum where companies can connect and discuss industry issues. You must be an accredited company and have a Facebook account to log in and join the group.

Peer-to-Peer Networking Group

TCIA has the only peer-to-peer group dedicated to the tree care industry.

The peer-to-peer group is a facilitated, self-governing, strategic gathering of company leaders who are willing to share their backgrounds, skills, and industry experiences for the purpose of developing strategies, solutions and best practices for personal, professional or business development.

All topics discussed are confidential, and each member will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

TCIA’s CTSP Facebook Group

This group is open to all CTSPs and enrolled CTSP candidates. The goal of this group is to establish connections and foster discussions focused on the tree care industry. You must be a CTSP or enrolled CTSP candidate and have a Facebook account to log in and join the group.
